Throughout April, we open our doors not just as a place to stay, but as a place to encounter \u2014 the land, the flavours, and the people who bring them to life.<\/p>\n

Each experience at Poggio is an invitation.
Not a performance, but a moment to step into something real.<\/p>\n

Olive Oil Tasting by Alberto<\/h3>\n

Every Wednesday afternoon<\/p>\n

A gentle introduction to what we like to call our green gold.
The journey begins with the essentials \u2014 how extra virgin olive oil is made, and what makes a truly organic production different.<\/p>\n

Then comes the tasting: four monocultivars and one blend, all produced here at Poggio ai Santi as organic IGP Toscana olive oil.<\/p>\n

There are no rigid rules, only curiosity \u2014 supported by small pairings that make each flavour more playful, more alive.<\/p>\n

Wine Tasting by Dievole<\/h3>\n

April 9 & April 23 at 17:00<\/p>\n

A journey across Tuscany, without moving from your seat.<\/p>\n

In collaboration with Dievole, this tasting brings together six wines from three iconic areas: Bolgheri, Chianti Classico and Montalcino.<\/p>\n

It becomes a kind of horizontal exploration \u2014 different terroirs, different expressions, one shared landscape.<\/p>\n

Hosted at Il Sale, it is an experience for those who wish to understand Tuscany through its wines, slowly and with depth.<\/p>\n

Wine Tasting by Miriam<\/h3>\n

Alternate Thursdays at 15:00<\/p>\n

A more intimate, more flexible encounter with wine.<\/p>\n

This is not a formal tasting, but rather a conversation.
Three wines from the Tuscan coast become a starting point \u2014 to talk, to taste, to explore without pressure.<\/p>\n

Sometimes it feels more like a gathering than a lesson.
A \u201cwine talking\u201d, as we like to call it.<\/p>\n

Green Tour by Andrea<\/h3>\n

Every Friday at 15:00<\/p>\n

To understand Poggio, you need to walk it.<\/p>\n

This slow walk through the estate brings you into the heart of our agricultural world: organic farming, biodiversity, seed preservation, and the quiet intelligence of nature.<\/p>\n

Andrea guides the experience with simplicity \u2014 sharing stories, knowledge and small discoveries that often stay with you longer than expected.<\/p>\n

Cooking Class by Michele<\/h3>\n

Selected Thursdays, morning<\/p>\n

Fresh vegetables from the garden, handmade pasta, simple preparations rooted in tradition \u2014 all guided by our chef Michele.<\/p>\n

The atmosphere is informal, almost familial.
You cook together, you learn, you laugh.<\/p>\n

And then, of course, you sit down and share what you\u2019ve created.<\/p>\n
