The Villa also hosts these suites, on the top attic floor, where all the natural and reclaimed materials used for the entire building are left exposed. Exposed beams, wooden furniture and décor, parquet, warm colours and materials create a welcoming atmosphere, as does the terrace that opens the gaze over the plain and the coast below, the blue sea and the islands.

are the natural evolution of our stable, always adjacent to the main house. Located on the ground floor with a private garden, they offer views of the park, the surrounding hills and/or the sea. Their outdoor spaces let guests enjoy the gentle breeze that caresses our Poggio and, thanks to the fencing, allow dogs to enjoy a dedicated green space.

The Garden Suite is one of the suites in the stable, adjacent to the main house and therefore no more than 50 metres from the Bar and Restaurant. Set on the ground floor with a private garden and views of the park and surrounding hills.

Set in the most scenic corner of the old family Farm, it overlooks the park, the pinewood, the plain and the sea with the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. A skilful mix of materials and fabrics enriches the spaces and brings the guest closer to the surrounding nature.
