Mare Superior Suite
- Type: located on the ground floor of the Villa, about 80 metres from the central building and therefore from the restaurant and bar. Terracotta and wooden floors, natural fabrics and refined decorative details, different for each suite.
- Interior spaces: 65 m² include a fully glazed living area with kitchenette, small table, sofa, the sleeping area with a small sofa and desk, and a spacious bathroom divided from the bedroom only by furnishing elements.
- Beds: one king-size double, separable into two single beds.
- Bathroom: integrated in a single, ample open space, with walk-in shower, bathtub, separate WC/bidet area, two windows.
- Outdoor spaces: the large terrace opens the view over the coast and the islands beyond, with wooden furniture, two masonry benches and an outdoor tub with hot and cold water. Roofing with exposed beams and a sun sail.

- Wi-Fi, A/C and heat pump, safe, kettle for water and herbal teas, espresso machine, smart LCD TV, pool towels, minibar and free access to the H2O dispenser;
- in the living area a kitchenette with sink, two induction hobs, basic equipment for preparing small meals or snacks; dining and reading area; desk in the bedroom.
- In the minibar: snacks of our own production and wines signed by Poggio ai Santi.
- In the bathroom: towels and terry bath sheets, bathrobe, biodegradable slippers, hairdryer, courtesy products, cosmetic mirror.

Overnight stay. Buffet breakfast with our own products, sweet and savoury, served on the terrace or in the panoramic veranda. Parking near the suites, within the property, uncovered. Access to the property reserved for guests. From May to September, a pool for the exclusive use of Relais guests, equipped with parasols and sunbeds, surrounded by the greenery of our park. Free books in the room. In summer, yoga or tai chi lessons in the green space next to the pool. Bookings for: restaurants, taxis, visits and tastings at local wineries, bike rental and tours, spa, beach equipment.
