- Type: hotel suite on the first floor of the main building, accessed via an external staircase and a shared landing; wooden furniture, tiled floor in the living area, wooden floor in the bedroom. Natural fabrics and refined decorative details.
- Interior spaces: 45 m² dedicated not only to the bedroom, but also to a bright bathroom, a living area with a single sofa bed and a large walk-in wardrobe.
- Beds: one king-size double, separable into two single beds; single sofa bed in the living area.
- Bathroom: spacious separate room, with shower, bathtub, WC/bidet; with window.
- From the two bedroom windows, views over the pinewood and the sea; they are fitted with bayonet insect screens.

Access to the property reserved for guests. From May to September, a pool for the exclusive use of Relais guests, equipped with parasols and sunbeds, surrounded by the greenery of our park. Free books in the room. In summer, yoga or tai chi lessons in the green space next to the pool. Bookings for: restaurants, taxis, visits and tastings at local wineries, bike rental and tours, spa, beach equipment.
