- Interior spaces: 45 m² with open space between a living area with sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette, and a sleeping area with its own French door onto the garden.
- Beds: one king-size double, separable into two single beds, and a single sofa bed in the living area.
- Bathroom: private with high window or forced ventilation, walk-in shower, steel washbasin, WC, bidet.
- Outdoor spaces: patio in front of the room, furnished with a wrought-iron table and chairs, wooden sun lounger and sun sail.
